I bet they are great but sometimes being late to appointments cant be avoided because of accidents, life, etc. Im not interested in a business who is so into numbers and filling spots that they really dont offer any grace to those who have situations beyond their control. Its funny because I really didn't need a consultation appointment anyways as I'd just been seen by my regular DM dr and had radiography. They sent all notes, etc and it was a simple extraction they could of scheduled to have me come in to have performed not generate another examination fee so their numbers look good and they make more $. I lived about 45 minutes from their office and got stuck on Mullinix road in Cheney at a train crossing. The train was sitting there and not moving for 20 minutes so not sure how I could avoid this. Im just disappointed as it took forever to get in and if they were more efficient they wouldn't separate out procedures and exams and be able to get more people taken care of in a timely manner. I waited 6 months to get an appointment.
