Scheduling
Monday through Thursday:
8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday:
7:30am - 3:00pm
*with the exception of major holidays.
As our practice is a specialty clinic, we do require a written referral at the time of scheduling, from your general or referring dentist in most all cases.
Please alert the office at the time of scheduling:
- If you are pregnant or have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, mental or physical challenges etc.)
- If you are currently taking any prescribed medications (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
- Or if you have mobility restrictions, such as a wheelchair, walker or difficulty in moving from an examination chair to a surgical suite (an escort for transfers may be necessary)
- Please be prepared to provide insurance information at the time of scheduling, so that benefits may be verified.
We make it a priority to stay on schedule and minimize your wait time. Due to the fact that Spokane Oral Surgery provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
*We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Please see the Cancellation / No Show Policy tab under Patient Information for more details.
