Frankly speaking, I had a very positive experience with Veronica, Fiona, Dr. Fruens and the receptionist, both by phone and in person. Everyone has wonderful personalities and senses of humor, job knowledge, explains in easy-to-understand English. All were outstanding! My previous experience in 2018, with Spokane Oral Surgery was first-rate, beginning with the receptionist/consultation/finance to anesthesia/surgery with Dr. Hauck/office recovery through the healing process. Veronica appeared extremely knowledgeable in her job with the ability to answer questions without hesitation, and offering explanations. Although the surgeon, Dr. Fruen is new to me, I felt comfortable with our dialog, his answers to my questions and his treatment plan -- a super easy-going youthful confidence, quick comeback and sense of humor... I very much appreciated his honesty as it applied to my unique situation although I preferred a different approach.
