I called at 8am on 5/15 because of SEVERE wisdom teeth pain I was having then and the night prior. The receptionist was EXTREMELY helpful and kind in helping me get into a same day appointment and while helping me better understand my insurance. By 9:30am, I was already been seen. Every single person I interacted with was professional, kind, understanding, and it made a scary dentist appointment into a comforting situation. After talking to my dentist, Dr. Baasch, we agreed that we needed to get my 3 wisdom teeth out asap. I was fortunate to be able to get the surgery done the next morning on 5/16. Again, when my fiancé and I came to check in for my surgery, everyone was so friendly. I was obviously overly nervous to be getting put to sleep and 3 wisdom teeth pulled out of my face, but they all did an amazing job of keeping me calm and making me feel comfortable. They even gave me a warm blanket before being put to sleep, and that was awesome. When my surgery was over, they wheeled me to a separate waiting area so that I could wake up safely from the anesthesia. As soon as I was able to say anything, I started crying and telling the nurse how much pain one side of my face was in. She immediately got me some pudding, water, and pain meds for me to take on my way home. Shortly after becoming more awake, she wheeled me to the back exit where my fiancé was waiting for me. They sent me away with a bag of necessities, instructions, and phone numbers to call if I needed anything. Overall, this was the BEST dentist I have EVER been to. The staff is amazing. The doctors are professional, personable, and know what they are doing. It's a very clean place and it very comforting. I would HIGH recommend Spokane Oral Surgery to anyone that needs it. They definitely changed my perspective on dentist offices. 😊

Extremely happy with my whole experience! The pre-op visit was very thorough and they answered all my questions. The day of the surgery went really well! I felt the staff was very professional and I felt like I was in good hands. The procedure was over very quickly! And afterwards, the care instructions plus the bag of gauze pads, ice packs, etc, gave me confidence that I could manage my care at home. Everyone was super, super nice!

Nurse was nice and the oral surgeon seemed nice. Front office lady made me feel like I was unwelcomed and I heard her and the financial girl critize my clothes and my lack of insurance at the time. I will not be going back for my surgery, going to go somewhere else.
