My experiences with Spokane Oral surgery is nothing short of pleasant and rewarding outcome. I had 2 dental implants inserted, the staff was meticulous and professional to make me as comfortable as possible. The outcome: A success! My smile is on a comeback. They are true professionals in their craft, and really care about their patients.

My appointment was for an initial consult. My wait time was less than 10 minutes, and everyone was warm, and friendly. The dentist explained everything thoroughly, in terms I could understand, and I felt taken seriously. The financial consultant was also very clear in explaining what my treatment would cost, and financing options. It was a good experience overall, and I will be returning. Caveat - There are additional expenses involved, outside of the breakdown I was given, due to out of network providers that make their dental appliances, and prosthetics. While I was treated kindly in the dentist’s chair, (receptionist’s persona not withstanding,) I am beginning to understand why some of these reviewers felt abandoned after their visit. Patients need a full understanding of the total cost of their treatment, especially when the majority is not covered by insurance. No one wants to start a treatment plan they won’t be able to to finish due to unforeseen expenses. I am also glad I read through some of these reviews regarding after - care. No one who pays what this facility charges should ever be treated like they no longer matter once they walk out the door.

I had a procedure done here on Friday afternoon I was very pleased with all of the staff with their professional and friendly demeanor‘s. The doctor was very knowledgeable and confident, he really listened to me and had a clear understanding of my needs before he started. He made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and the assistant Brookie was very sweet and helpful and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for a great experience with awesome results.
