Appointment time was 3:10 for what I thought would be a 15 minute consultation for wisdom teeth extraction. We got put into a room about 3:13. At 3:55 I finally opened the door to ask if we'd been forgotten. The Dr. Assistant came in, talked to me like I was a child stating, well this is a surgery center and your appointment was at 3:20, sooo. She had no idea where the Dr was, why it was taking so long, and acted like a 35-45 minute wait was reasonable. She finally offered to ask the Dr when he was going to be able to see us. Um, yah! Instead of being condescending, how about being helpful? A different girl came back and politely explained there was an emergency exam. Ok, fine. This girl should NOT be working in public service. Then at check out she wouldn't even look at me or talk to me, only my son. Extremely unprofessional. However, we really like Dr. Freuen. He was very professional and helpful and answered all of our questions. That Assistant is not an asset to this office! She at least needs basic customer service training.

Normally I’m not a huge fan of the dentist office, but Spokane Oral Surgery was hands down the best experience! So friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
