Dr Hauck was wonderful. Also, the nurses were really awesome too!! They were professional, while at the same time being accommodating and very friendly, almost to forget WHY I was there!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken back to a room within 5 minutes, so no excessive wait time. After I got taken back to a procedure room, Dr. Hauck was present and ready to begin procedure within 10-15 mins of my arrival. They explained everything that they were doing so I would know what was happening then, and also during the time period that I would be asleep. After the procedure was done, I was waking up surprised that i was done and ready to leave!!

This was an extraction of a cracked rear molar with some infection. Very straight forward and professional. Done according to plan. Negligible pain. One memorable jolt from an unavoidable needle on a nerve. Otherwise, "No big deal." Minimal bleeding and easy recovery. If it would not be too distracting to the surgeon, I would appreciate a brief description of the step being done.
